Management Level 1 Course

Management Level 1 training is a three-day course specifically designed to assist managers in their daily activities from planning to completion. This course is available to any type of manager within the food service repair industry. The class focuses on the daily operations of the commercial kitchen repair industry as well as customer service and problem solving aspects of every managers’ position.

New Training Refund Policy Effective Jan. 1, 2017:
(applies to ESGW, Refrigeration, & Management Training)
 
There will be no refunds issued for any CFESA training classes. If a company is not able to send their participant to the course, 50% of the course registration fee will be automatically forfeited. The remaining 50% registration fee will be applied to a credit that may be utilized towards another class. The credit must be utilized within 6 months or it will be automatically forfeited.

Attendee Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making your own hotel reservations
  • Responsible for your own meals each evening
  • Responsible for making your own airplane reservations
  • Responsible for transportation to and from the hotel

Registration Fee

$750.00 per attendee for CFESA Members, $1300.00 per attendee for non-members.
Your registration fee covers all course materials, a continental breakfast, lunch and beverages and snack for each day of the course.

As a representative of my company I understand that by completing and submitting this CFESA no Solicitation Tolerance Policy my company and all its employees agree that no solicitation of technicians or employees of any kind will take place before, during or after the training sessions. If this does happen all of my employees will no longer be eligible for CFESA Certification.
