The Commercial Food Equipment Service Association is committed to making sure your repair needs are met professionally and efficiently. To support quality service, CFESA has a program in which technicians are tested and certified only upon successful completion of an exam. After passing rigorous exams, our technicians are awarded seals of excellence in electricity, gas, steam or refrigeration and given certificates noting their CFESA Certified Technician status in that area. Once a technician passes three out of four tests, they are awarded a Master Technician Certification.
The CFESA company certification program is designed to acknowledge those service companies in the industry who have focused their businesses on the areas of finance, training, company professionalism, industry relations and participation in CFESA. The program is designed to recognize service companies regardless of size as the requirements can be met by small companies as well as large.
